Trouble with Sleeping

I am having trouble sleeping at night or taking a nap. My tummy is a little big already and I find it hard to move and change position in sleeping. I wish we have a total body pillow and also a face cradle pillow which will help me sleep during long drives. I am trying to search online sites and have it delivered to a friends address in the US but I am low on budget right now and it will take 3 months to reach me. will just find a good pillow substitute at the mall. =)
