Gift Hunting
I know that the perfect Christmas gift for my uncle is the cigar boxes for sale that I saw online. He will surely be happy once he open my gift. He’s been wishing for someone to buy him that but no one really give it to him. Poor uncle of mine! I will soon buy it for him and slash him off my Christmas gift to buy list. Now if that happens I still have a few more people to hunt for the perfect gift. I hope I won’t cram and have more time to look for their gifts.
Karaoke Game
Was thinking of choosing karaoke songs later for the Christmas party game in December. I will suggest the game of singing the karaoke song and who ever got the highest score will win. My family loves music and I know that in this game a lot will join to compete! This is going to be fun! I am excited already! Will take lots of pics and hopefully scrap them.
Postpartum Depression
Postpartum depression (PPD), also called postnatal depression, is a form of clinical depression which can affect women, and less frequently men, after childbirth. Studies report prevalence rates among women from 5% to 25%, but methodological differences among the studies make the actual prevalence rate unclear. Among men, in particular new fathers, the incidence of postpartum depression has been estimated to be between 1.2% and 25.5%. Postpartum depression occurs in women after they have carried a child, usually in the first few months, and may last up to several months or even a year. Symptoms include sadness, fatigue, changes in sleeping and eating patterns, reduced libido, crying episodes, anxiety, and irritability. It is sometimes assumed that postpartum depression is caused by a lack of vitamins, but studies tend to show that more likely causes are the significant changes in a woman’s hormones during pregnancy[citation needed]. On the other hand, hormonal treatment has not helped postpartum depression victims. Many women recover because of a support group or counseling.
Lately I’ve been depressed and thinking a lot of stuff including family matters. I sometimes worry if I can take care of my baby well or if my husband still loves me. My looks are one of the things I worry too. If I look like this will my husband still love me? Or will I go back to my pre pregnancy weight and use my old clothes? I think I am experiencing PPD. I might check out depressiontreatment.net for some answers about this feeling of mine. Or if online doesn’t have the solution, will just consult with my doctor.
Kendra
I am watching Kendra now at ETC. I love her body. She is so sexy! I wonder if she uses phentermine diet pill to maintain her body like that.
Oh well I think my dream of having that body will stay in my dreams now as it is really impossible to have a body like that. LOL! Getting back to my pre pregnancy weight is enough for me. I can live like that. =)
Paper Scrapping Cate’s Pics
Soon I will be paper scrapping my baby girl’s photos. I am so excited! I just need to have them printed and then I am off to scrap them. My dusty scrap materials will be put into good use now. haha! I just hope I won’t get addicted once again in this hobby of mine.
Anyways, It’s 12:30am now and I am not yet sleepy. I slept for an hour this evening as I have colds and I am so sleepy. I am checking out coloncleanser.net and then I can’t take it anymore so I slept. Hubby took care of Cate for an hour. =)
I Gave Birth
… last October 17, 2010.
I am having contraction at 34 weeks. My Ob said she will evaluate me at Aquinas hospital since there’s no clinic that day. My water broke at home and my doctor said if I will undergo dry labor my baby will be in danger as I have low amniotic fluid. So I went into CS and had baby Erica Charlotte “Cate” Miraballes at 9:55am.
Now I am recovering well while my baby is recovering at the hospital too. She needs to undergo photo therapy and take antibiotics for a week. My bump is slowly tucking in and soon I will go on a lower ab workout so I can go back to my old weight.
Thank you all for the prayers for me and baby Cate.

77 Days to Go Till Christmas
Christmas is just around the corner and when November starts I will be putting up our Christmas Tree once again. I need to change the ornaments and the lights so the tree will have a new look this year. I will now look for a C9 led christmas lights as referred by my friend. She said it is an energy saving Christmas Lights so I won’t be having problems with my electric bills after. I really like that and will scout for this lights soon.

Left At Home
I was left at home today. My family as well as the husband is in Manila to attend the 3rd and 1st birthday party of my two nephew. I envy them a lot! I wish I could come and see those steel buildings that we don’t have here in the province. But it is not good to travel at eight months. I might popped soon. For sure I will be complaining a lot with all the walking I will be doing if I joined them. I am ok here at home doing some work and checking online stuff. Just relaxing and They promised they will give something for me when they go home so I am ok with that. In fact, I am excited.
Everyday LO
This is my LO for my dear friend’s daughter. I finished doing this a very long time ago and this is only the time I was able to take a picture of it and shared it here. Sorry! The lazy me attacked again. hihiih!
