Diet
I was deeply thinking of going on a diet starting this month. Some of my friends are saying that I am not that fat. But I feel fat so I need to go on a diet. I browsed some forums and read some of the stories on how they went on a diet. Some are not eating after six, some forbids themselves to eat rice, some go to the gym and others use the dip bar which they got at Ultimate Body Press. Now what will I do to go on a diet? Maybe I will try no rice first or should I say less rice and maybe on a later part no rice at all. So this is really Good Luck to me!
