Woohoo!
I can see a small change in my body now. I think I am losing weight! Woohoo! I am so happy. I will just continue my diet or maybe use a commercial fitness equipment so that my goal will continue improving. Yebah! I cannot wait to see myself in those skinny pants! Hubby said the other day that he can also see a difference in my body. I eat less rice this time. I get hungry most of the time but I was able to control eating another meal. I also skip snacks that are too heavy. I know I will get used to this eating habit in no time.
